Resource Floor Care Inc. was founded in 1985 by Jeff Rous, whose background in flooring manufacturing gave him unique insight into how floors are built and how to care for them properly. Drawing on this expertise, Jeff developed effective methods for cleaning and maintaining a wide variety of flooring types, while building a reputation for quality and reliability. In 2024, Resource Flooring Care became part of the AFDC Family, forming the AFDC Cleaning Division. Today, Jeff and our dedicated team continue to refine our process, serve our local community, and deliver the highest standard of floor care to every client.
